1. Delivery Partner
We ship all orders through trusted logistics partners powered by
Shiprocket. Based on your pin code, Shiprocket allocates
the most suitable courier partner (such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, etc.)
to ensure safe and timely delivery.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 working days
from the date of order confirmation (successful payment or COD confirmation).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

During high-demand periods (festivals, special sales, etc.), processing time may be
extended slightly, but we still aim to dispatch as soon as possible.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, typical delivery timelines (after handover to Shiprocket/courier) are:
- Metro cities: 2β5 working days
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 3β7 working days
- Remote / out-of-service areas: May take longer depending on courier coverage
These timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier network issues, weather,
strikes, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Coverage & Charges

We currently ship to selected pin codes across India only. Availability for your pin code
is shown at checkout.

Shipping charges (if any) are displayed on the checkout page before you confirm the order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping above a minimum order value
as part of promotions or ongoing offers.
5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID and courier name are generated
via Shiprocket.

You will receive tracking details by SMS / email, and you can follow your parcelβs journey
on the courier or Shiprocket tracking page.

Tracking updates are controlled by the courier. There can be a delay of a few hours between
dispatch and the first scan appearing online.
6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery

The courier will usually make 1β3 delivery attempts to your address.
Please ensure the phone number and address you provide are accurate and reachable.

If the courier is unable to deliver the order due to incorrect address, unreachable phone,
or repeated non-availability at the address, the parcel may be returned to us.

In such cases, reshipment or refund (if applicable) will be handled as per our
Refunds & Cancellations policy
and may involve deduction of two-way shipping costs.
7. Damaged or Tampered Parcels
If you receive a parcel that appears damaged or tampered with:
- Take clear photos of the outer box and inner contents immediately.
- Mention the damage to the delivery agent, if possible.

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
We will review the case and assist as per our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
8. International Shipping
At present, we do not ship internationally. Orders are accepted and delivered
only within India.
